Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, we want to take a moment to celebrate the vibrant and impactful community we’ve built together. Thank you for making the past year memorable and for helping us kick off this one with such energy and enthusiasm. Special Announcement: Northeastern Project Showcase
In place of our monthly meeting on Thursday, January 16, join us for the Northeastern Project Showcase to witness the inspiring presentations of Apple Seed and One Rise!
This is a unique opportunity to learn about and get inspired by other regional projects. We'll hear from our Shapers in the next newsletter about the insights and opportunities gained from this showcase. The region will vote to select the top 3 favorite projects. Let's come together and support these incredible initiatives!
Holiday Party Recap
On December 12th, we gathered at Impact Hub for our annual holiday celebration. The evening was filled with cookie decorating, henna tattoos by Sahrish, and a spirited White Elephant gift exchange.

Thank you all for bringing festive cheer, food, and drinks. It was the perfect way to celebrate the season and look ahead to 2025 together.
We <3 Shaper Hangs
In December, Shapers participated in a Soup Kitchen Volunteer event at Broadway Community.
For more than 40 years, Broadway Community has served New Yorkers experiencing homelessness, hunger, and poverty. During the holiday season, Shapers helped distribute warm and healthy multi-course meals to those in need around the city. A huge thank-you to Nossailba for organizing this impactful event!
Esther brought us into the New Year with a unique and playful wellness experience for a beginner aerial yoga session —with Shapers Sophia, Claire, and Joon joining in. It was a lovely chance to explore mindfullnes, movement, and reconnect with ourselves and each other in a super creative way!
And shout-out to all the casual hangs these last few weeks! We loved seeing the movie nights (Joon, Braham, and Richa ) that made the holiday season feel extra cozy and strengthened our ties to the hub.
The camaraderie and good times we shared will be remembered!
